REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin.
• Can speak conversational to proficient in English.
• Open to High school, undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates.
• Having at least 1 year of Operational Support experience is a big advantage.
• Open to work in a shifting schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Handle customer inquiries and oversee escalated issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to deliver excellent customer service.
• Support ongoing Lean initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Develop quality metrics to monitor product improvements.
• Ensure products align with customer expectations and market demand.
• Develop and execute database queries, perform analyses, and create visualizations and reports for assigned projects.
