We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing insurance account in Alabang. This is a dayshift role ideal for candidates with prior BPO experience who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and providing support in an insurance-related environment.

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer service calls related to insurance products and services
• Assist policyholders with inquiries regarding claims, policy updates, billing, and other account-related concerns
• Provide accurate and timely information to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
• Follow standard procedures and guidelines to meet account-specific metrics and compliance requirements

• Completed at least 2 years in college (any course)
• Minimum of 1 year BPO experience is required
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to work onsite in Alabang and on a dayshift schedule
