簡介
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns via TikTok & Shopee
- Handle orders, returns, and disputes using TikTok Seller Center
- Collaborate with influencers and partner brands professionally
- Maintain a fun yet professional tone aligned with the brand's voice
- Create TikTok/Shopee seller accounts as needed
- Check and update product stocks via ERP system
- Join campaigns on TikTok/Shopee platforms
- Upload new products and update product details regularly
- Utilize TikTok and Shopee Seller Centers effectively
職位要求
- Experience using TikTok Seller Center, Partner Center, or Shopee Seller Center
- Knowledge of ERP tools and e-commerce campaign management
- Background in working with KOLs, creators, or within an MCN setup is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and customer-centric
