• As an Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting overall financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Financial Record Management:

• Prepare, examine, and maintain financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.

Accounts Payable Management:

• Process invoices, ensure accurate coding, and manage expense reimbursements.
• Record card transactions and assist in updating and enforcing expense reimbursement policy.
• Develop AP analytics data to report on monthly spend trends, such as historically late or missing invoices.

Month-End and Year-End Close:

• Complete close activities including AP accruals, cash journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and other journal entries.
• Maintain trackers for cash and expenses to support reporting and monitor AP balances.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and provide insights.
• Conduct month-over-month variance analysis and explain significant changes.

Audit and Compliance Support:

• Assist in audit preparation by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.

Team Communication and Support:

• Monitor the finance inbox and triage emails to appropriate accounting team members or departments.
• Handle other ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.

• Must be a CPA Passer
• Must be willing to work onsite
