EQUE is a dynamic and innovative recruitment agency dedicated to connecting top talent with leading companies. We believe in bringing creativity and engagement to the recruitment industry, and we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer Intern to join our team and help us stand out!


Position: Graphic Designer Intern

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: $80 SGD per month


  • Create Engaging Visual Content: Design and produce creative memes, graphics, and visuals that resonate with the HR and recruitment industry audience.
  • Design Job Postings: Craft visually appealing job postings for social media and other digital platforms to attract the right talent.
  • Produce Video Content: Develop short, engaging videos related to HR topics, recruitment trends, and company branding.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and recruitment teams to understand content needs and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with social media and design trends to ensure our content remains fresh, innovative, and relevant.
  • Assist in Branding Efforts: Support the team in enhancing the company’s visual identity across various platforms.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent software.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and animation is a plus.
  • Strong creative thinking and ability to translate ideas into visually engaging content.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends, especially for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for HR, recruitment, or interest in understanding the industry is a bonus!
