簡介
Labor Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and labor-related issues.
- Promote positive labor relations through the development of fair workplace policies and practices.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify trends or issues impacting labor relations.
Compliance Management
- Ensure the company adheres to local, state, and labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures to prevent legal violations.
- Monitor and report on compliance performance,identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for external inspections related to labor and workplace standards.
- Manage required documentation, including employment contracts, CBA records, and compliance reports.
Training and Education
- Raise awareness about employee rights and responsibilities as outlined in company policies and labor laws.
- Collaborate with HR Strategic to create programs promoting a fair, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate risks related to labor disputes, non-compliance,and employee dissatisfaction.
- Proactively address labor-related issues to prevent workplace disruptions such as strikes or protests.
- Maintain a safe and compliant workplace by conducting regular inspections and reviews.
職位要求
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in labor relations, compliance, or a related HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proven experience in handling union relations, grievance management, and collective bargaining.
- Experience in SSS, Pag Ibig, Philhealth and other Company related benefits
- Excellent interpersonal skils
