1. The Marketing Specialist (Promotions & Bonuses) will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing promotional campaigns and bonus offers to attract new players and retain existing ones. • Create and execute innovative promotions & bonuses tailored to PH target audience.
• Ensure all promotions are market-driven, competitive, and align with industry trends.
• Develop seasonal and special event campaigns that drive player engagement.
• Maintain a clear two-month promotional cycle to meet PAGCOR submission deadlines.
• Work closely with the Retention Team to ensure sustainable player engagement strategies.

3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer preferences.
• Monitor competitor promotions and recommend adjustments to keep MEGABET competitive.
• Analyze player behavioral data to optimize promotional strategies for maximum impact.

4. Performance Analysis & Business Growth

• Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of promotions and bonuses.
• Provide detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including:

• Impact on overall revenue growth

1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in promotions, marketing, or online gaming industry.
