Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven working knowledge of Messaging and Collaboration tools & services (Slack, Trello, MS Planner, Zoom and MS Teams)
  • Seasoned IT support agent (L1 or L2) with the operational knowledge & experience of Service Now (5y+)
  • Flexibility to operate in US and EMEA time zones
  • Ability to collaborate with other IT operational teams and integrate conferencing &messaging solutions with other enterprise systems.
  • Document and update support procedures and user guides, including Knowledge Articles (KBAs)
  • Must have > excellent command of an English language

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in conferencing support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using and supporting various conferencing and messaging platforms such as Slack, Trello, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive/SharePoint online, Email support.
  • Extensive knowledge of Service Now and the Incident Management module
  • Considerable years of experience in supporting and managing collaboration systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
