簡介

Administrative Support:

• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Operations Manager.

• Coordinate and manage paperwork, ensuring all files and documents are up to date and properly organized.


Report Consolidation:

• Compile and consolidate various operational reports (monthly business review template, Mancomm reports, etc.)

• Ensure reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.


Daily Meetings:

• Facilitate daily coordination meetings (DCMs), ensuring key action items are addressed.

• Take meeting notes and follow up on assigned tasks or decisions.

• Ensure communication and updates flow smoothly across different teams.


Invoice Processing:

• Process and review incoming invoices to ensure they are accurate and compliant with company policies.

• Maintain records of all invoices and ensure timely submission for payment.

職位要求

• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any business-related course.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• 1-2 year experience with administrative tasks is a plus.
