Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and industry events).
- Develop personalized sales strategies to convert leads into qualified prospects.
- Research market trends and customer needs to craft compelling pitches.
Strategic Partnerships & Events
- Identify and secure partnership opportunities with embassies, trade organizations, government entities, and corporate sponsors to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with partners to co-host events, business forums, and networking initiatives that drive lead generation and brand visibility.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business summits, actively engaging with decision-makers.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that align with business objectives.
Sales Execution & Growth
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations to close deals.
- Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and contribute to company revenue growth.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging and sales strategies.
- Provide insights on customer pain points, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Optimize sales scripts, email sequences, and engagement strategies to improve conversions.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data
- Analyze sales metrics to improve outreach effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements.
Minimum Qualifications

Requirements

- Proven success in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Experience in strategic partnerships, sponsorships, or corporate collaborations.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders, including embassies, trade bodies, and corporate executives.
- Experience in event coordination and business networking.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on optimizing sales processes.
