  • The Service Crew is responsible for presenting menus to patrons. He/She takes orders and answers questions on meal items.
  • He/She makes recommendations and serves food/beverages to customers.
  • He/She prepares the bill that itemizes total meal costs and sales taxes.
  • He/She performs cashiering duties. He/She may also be required to prepare the food.

職位要求

  • Greet customers and take orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas.
  • Assist with food preparation and stocking supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
