Welcome and greet unit owners, guests, and visitors.
Manage and supervise other service companies to ensure they comply with and deliver their commitments
Responsible for maintaining the project's records and documents.
Assist the project by collecting all types of assessments, including but not limited to dues, penalties and interests.
Deposit collected funds daily and provide daily cash collections report

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Office Administration, or any related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative or clerical work.
Experience in property management, real estate, or building administration is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of accounting and billing
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Propertyware, Buildium, or local equivalents) is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of property leasing, billing, and tenant relations.
