- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and document organization.
- Assist in project coordination and communication with team members.
- Handle inquiries and maintain a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Support office supplies inventory and procurement.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Edu degree not required; relevant certifications or coursework preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, excellent communication, strong organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, able to multitask, strong interpersonal skills.
