Description
- Responsible for the supervision of other technical support staff to ensure efficiency in the operation
- Responsible for the maintenance of all machinery and equipment in the building. It is also responsible for the smooth operation of the technical facilities.
- Maintains cordial and friendly relations with the building owners, occupants, and tenants, and ensures that their complaints are acted upon expeditiously.
- Responsible for the proper handling, safeguarding, monitoring, and effective use of building equipment and technical facilities.
- Responsible for march-in/march-out procedures
- Ensures that all policies, systems, and procedures are followed and strictly implemented.
- Responsible for the dissemination and effective implementation of the preventive maintenance schedule.
- Responsible for the supervision of external contractors. It is also responsible for their performance evaluation.
- Ensure that safety rules and procedures are complied with.
- Conduct regular walk-around and inspections to ensure that all delegated tasks are properly acted upon.
- Coordinates with external contractors for specific projects and reports to the Building Administrator for approval.
- all other related tasks as required.
Requirements
- With experience in Building maintenance technician
- Willing to be assign in Quezon City/P. Guevarra, San Juan
- 1-3 years of experience
