Description
- Perform routine maintenance on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct safety inspections and comply with safety regulations.
- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance schedules.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal education required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in building maintenance or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in commercial electrical systems, air conditioning repair, welding, installation, and use of power and hand tools.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct routine inspections, perform repairs and maintenance, ensure safety compliance.
- Working Conditions: Often work in various settings, including commercial and residential environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask.
