What You’ll Do:

Drive strategic partnerships with Web3 protocols, wallets, marketplaces, and communities

Lead BD efforts in Asia, with a focus on Chinese-speaking partners

Identify new market opportunities and manage a full BD pipeline

Work closely with product, marketing, and tech teams to shape and launch campaigns

Gather partner insights and translate feedback into action

Who You Are:

1. Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and spoken)

2. 2–5 years experience in Web3 BD / Partnerships / Growth

3. Strong understanding of crypto, NFTs, and real-world assets (RWAs)

4. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven

5. Well-connected in the Web3 ecosystem (bonus if you already work with wallets, dApps, or NFT projects)
