Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Plan and Prospectus Creation:

- Develop comprehensive business plans and business prospectuses to present to potential investors and shareholders.

- Draft detailed financial forecasts, market analyses, and operational strategies that demonstrate the business's potential for growth and profitability.

- Ensure that business plans align with company goals and attract the interest of investors and potential partners.


2. Investor Relations:

- Identify and engage potential investors, stakeholders, and venture capitalists to secure funding.

- Present the company’s investment opportunity to prospective investors, including the business plan, financial projections, and market analysis.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing investors and update them on business progress and performance.


3. Market Research & Business Development:

- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and areas for expansion.

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.

- Develop and execute strategies to target specific markets, industries, or geographies.


4. Business Strategy & Growth Planning:

- Work closely with the management team to develop long-term business strategies and goals.

- Identify potential partnerships, joint ventures, or acquisitions to drive business growth.

- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure business strategies align with financial goals and investor expectations.


5. Client and Partner Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and stakeholders.

- Act as the primary point of contact for potential investors, venture capitalists, or private equity firms.

- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between internal teams and external investors.


6. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

- Work with the finance team to develop and analyze financial models, projections, and business performance metrics.

- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and investors.

- Ensure that business plans and prospectuses include accurate financial data, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies.


7. Sales and Negotiation:

- Drive negotiations with potential investors, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

- Close deals by presenting business opportunities to shareholders and investors in a compelling manner.


Qualifications:

- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related field. A Master's degree (MBA) or professional certification in finance or business development is a plus.

- Experience:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, financial planning, or investment relations, with a focus on creating business plans, business prospectuses, or investment proposals.

- Proven experience in attracting investors, raising capital, or managing investor relationships.

- Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and business valuation.

- Skills:

- Strong understanding of the investment landscape and financial markets.

- Expertise in drafting clear, persuasive, and data-driven business plans and investor presentations.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
