- Handle Outbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Document interactions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, active listening, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in using call center software.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, often requiring shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, adaptable, and a strong team player.
