Description
- Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for quality improvement.
- Monitor compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards
- Participate in clinical audits, chart reviews, and root cause analysis as needed.
- Assist in developing action plans to address areas of underperformance or risk.
- Must be a Registered Nurse. NCLEX Passer is an advantage but not required
- With at least 1 year experience in clinical setting
- Ability to critically analyze Electronic Health Reports
- Willing to work on site in Makati and nigh shift schedule.
- Can start ASAP.
