Description
- Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Attend meeting with the client, coordinate with Engineers, and Person In Charge, Supplier to ensure target completion is met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Communicate progress updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve unforeseen issues and implement solutions.
- Lead and mentor project teams.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 10 years in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills; proficiency in construction software.
- Working Conditions: Primarily field-based, requires site visits and some office work.
- Location: Office is based in Las Pinas City; Projects are in NCR, Laguna, Batangas, Cavite and Baguio.
