Job Description
- Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, and virtual assistance.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive service experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, processes, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Deliver excellent service while working within morning to mid-shift schedules.
- Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of BPO experience is required.
- Age 21 to 40 years old.
- Possess average to good communication skills.
- Must be residing within Metro Manila.
- Willing to work onsite at McKinley, Taguig City.
- Amenable to a predominantly dayshift schedule (morning to mid-shift).
