Description
- Oversee customer service team and ensure high-quality support.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Monitor team performance and provide training and coaching.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales pipeline management, strong customer service skills
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for remote work
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset
