This job will have multiple parts
- customer service: we are in need of an excellent english language and American style writer. Almost all ineractions with clients are via text or email. You will need to work with the various systems and team members to answer existing customer questions and to help them as needed. Most customers are parents of young children so being a mom is helpful!

- timely and accurate reaponse and followup on leads that come in theough ads or website. We are aggressively growing our client base. You will need to become familiarcwith the teachers to correctly help new students identify a great teacher for them

- excellent english written and good spoken to be able to effectively communicate

- positive attitude and willingness to change as needed

- attention to detail and the ability to ensure followup and quick responses

- ability to work US Pacific afternoon and evenings during the week

- Great interpersonal skills

- comfortable using technology
