Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer calls, chats, or emails in a friendly and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide accurate solutions, and handle account or billing concerns.
• Keep records of customer interactions using company systems.
• Ensure every customer interaction ends with a positive experience.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet performance goals.

Qualifications:

• At least a High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (K-12).
• Open to fresh graduates and career shifters – training is provided!
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Flexible with shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends.
• Willing to work on-site at IT Park.
