Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, patience, adaptability, and a desire to help customers.
