Description

  • Supervise daily operations of the customer service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to staff to improve service outcomes.
  • Coordinate scheduling and staffing to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
  • Manage customer accounts and address escalated inquiries or complaints effectively.


Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or supervisory roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent people skills and strong work ethic.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Skills and Competencies: Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
