Description
- Accurately input data, generate reports, maintain documentation, and assist in network troubleshooting.
- Accurately input and update data into databases and systems.
- Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
- Organize and maintain data files and records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity.
- Generate reports as needed to support decision-making.
- Follow data accuracy and confidentiality protocols.
- Assist with training new team members on data entry procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Excel, skilled in report generation and documentation, comfortable with Windows and basic networking.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard hours with possible overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, quick learner, and excellent communication abilities.
