Description

The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, tracking, and storing company documents, ensuring accurate and efficient document control procedures are followed. This role ensures compliance with internal and external standards and facilitates the timely flow of documentation across teams.


  • Maintain and manage all document control systems and records, both digital and physical.
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents are logged, categorized, and filed correctly.
  • Manage document version control, updates, and proper revision logs.
  • Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders while ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding documents and approvals.
  • Support project teams and departments with document-related queries and training.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on the status of documents, transmittals, and audits.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding document submission and retrieval.
  • Archive inactive or obsolete documents as per company policy and compliance standards.
  • Assist in quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory requirements.
  • Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Administration or related field is required.
  • Experience Level: At least 1 year of experience in document control or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational skills, data entry expertise, and file organization knowledge are essential.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain accurate records, ensure proper filing, and support document management processes.
  • Working Conditions: Construction Site Office-based
