We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk/Admin professional to handle front-office duties and provide administrative support. This role involves greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing schedules, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with general office tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, multitask effectively, and ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate departments
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Manage appointments and schedules
  • Handle office correspondence and emails
  • Maintain office supplies inventory
  • Perform basic data entry and filing
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
