Description

  • The Receptionist is responsible for performing general duties, such as receiving and directing visitors and applicants, and answering telephone calls.
  • Additionally, the position assists the Admin Department in implementing and administering various administrative policies and programs.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HRM, Tourism, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Front Office Staff or Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365).
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Customer service or hospitality background is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
