Job Description
- Bellman is a hospitality job in which an employee assists guests with their luggage and helps them settle into their accommodations.
- Bellmen also provide information about the hotel facilities, local attractions, and directions to guests.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BSTM or BSHRM
- Age: 20 to 32 years old
- Height: Strictly minimum of 5'7"
- Experience: At least 1 year in a 3- to 4-star hotel
- Knowledgeable in the full cycle of the Bellman process
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be willing to be assigned in Tagaytay
