Job Description
- Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety and prevent accidents.
- Enforce pool and safety regulations while providing a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Respond quickly to emergencies, perform rescues, and administer first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of pool facilities, including lounge chairs, towels, and equipment.
- Assist guests with inquiries, poolside services, and general resort/hotel information.
- Conduct routine checks of the pool water quality and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
- Assist in poolside activities and guest engagement when required.
- High School or Vocational graduate.
- With at least 1 year working experience as a Pool Attendant/Lifeguard.
- Has a Certificate in Basic Life Support is a plus.
- Willing to be assigned in Gen. Trias, Cavite
