Description
- Greet and check-in guests upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and handle billing processes.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Ensure a positive guest experience throughout their stay.
Requirements
- Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Agent
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: No experience required; fresh graduates welcome.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service, customer relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Greet guests, manage reservations, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, requires ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
