Description
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Orienting new employees to the organization.
- Preparing new employee files, maintaining current HR files and databases.
- Maintaining current HR files and databases.
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc).
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology or any 4-year related course.
- With at least 1-year of HR-related work experience.
- Has basic knowledge of labor law.
- Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs promptly.
