Position Overview

Provide comprehensive and efficient human resources administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring the accuracy of documentation, payroll, and data management. This position is crucial for maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations, thus facilitating a smooth and positive experience for employees from onboarding to offboarding.


Main Responsibilities

1.  Document and Contract Management:

·        Responsible for drafting, issuing, and managing documents such as employee offer letters, labor contracts, and change agreements

·        Ensure that various personnel documents comply with company policies and local labor laws, achieving compliance and standardized management

 

2.  Payroll Processing and Management:

·        Collect, organize, and verify payroll data (such as attendance records and timesheets) to ensure accurate payroll processing

·        Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement

·        Address employee inquiries related to payroll and closely monitor updates to relevant tax and statutory regulations

 

3.  Employee Onboarding and Offboarding Coordination:

·        Organize onboarding procedures for new employees, including data collection, system account setup, and onboarding training coordination

·        Execute offboarding processes, conduct exit interviews, and manage offboarding procedures and access termination

 

4.  Human Resources Data Management and Reporting:

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

·        Generate human resources reports and analyze data as needed

·        Assist in the regular review of human resources data to ensure its accuracy and compliance


Qualifications

1.  Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields

2.  2-3 years of relevant human resources work experience, with priority given to candidates with experience in compensation or employee relations

3.  Familiarity with human resources management processes and understanding of payroll calculation and related laws and regulations

4.  Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and data-sensitive

5.  Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong team spirit

6.  Ability to handle confidential information appropriately, demonstrating good professional ethics

7.  Possess the self-discipline, time management skills, and stable internet environment necessary for remote work
