Your responsibilities:

• Develop and execute employee engagement and retention programs.
• Design career development plans and facilitate training initiatives.
• Conduct performance reviews and recommend improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with team leads to identify and address talent gaps.
• Facilitate hiring processes when the need arises, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month

Requirements
