Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and update documentation for IT systems and processes.
- Assist in network administration and security management.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in IT roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications, excellent communication skills, and strong technical abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in IT support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require occasional remote support.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work in a team.
