Description
- Assist in food preparation and cooking.
- Manage food preparation, maintain cleanliness, assist with stewarding, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Follow food safety standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service.
- Handle kitchen equipment and utensils safely.
- Support inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Participate in training and development initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal education required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking, kitchen hygiene, and mise-en-place; self-starter; customer-oriented; strong verbal and written communication; attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, potentially high temperature.
- Qualities and Traits: Discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.
