Legal Specialist/Assistant

Job Description
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and external parties.
- Support the team in administrative tasks and project management.
- Stay updated on legal regulations and industry trends.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with internship experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in drafting legal documents, strong written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of employment law, and understanding of legal affairs.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in legal research, draft correspondence, support attorneys in case preparations, and maintain case files.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with a standard 40-hour workweek and occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
