- Support day-to-day operations and administrative support to operations team
- Collaborate with operations management to implement solutions and improve efficiency
- Coordinate with clients inquiries thru emails, calls and face-to-face meetings
- Provide reports and update regarding the client's requests
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Operations Management or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be proactive, solution-oriented, and quick to adapt
