What You’ll Be Doing...
You will be part of the Security & Compliance Team, assisting with the administration of the Compliance Management program for Outsource Partner Call Centers. Working to identify and mitigate Security findings, operational, legal, regulatory and reputational risks. As the subject matter expert, you will play a key role in developing security processes and procedures, conducting process evaluations, inspecting security expectations both in Operational Support and Physical onsite visits. - Ensuring partners are completing their various yearly security based training.
- Working closely with sourcing team around potential changes or additions to NSA and SOW’s.
- Ensuring clear communications are provided to SPC leadership regarding security topics and incident reports.
- Managing the Global Clearance submissions for certain operations and system requirements.
- Conducting monthly partner site visits to review topical security elements required by contract.
- Working on with any function related to the leadership visits to the region, setting up focus groups and conference room.
- Preparing the monthly partner security reviews.
- Documenting processes/workflows to identify gaps and provide process enhancement recommendations.
- Assessing current and potential risks based on the potential financial, legal and reputation impacts to the company.
- Assisting with designing and implementing controls to improve monitoring, financial performance and transactional accuracy.
- Preparing and delivering presentations communicating monitoring efforts, risks mitigated, and the potential impacts of unmitigated risks to management.
- Assisting with frequent ad hoc reporting to enhance existing information and further investigations.
What We’re Looking For...
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience required.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Willingness to work on US-based hours.
- Experience in operational compliance, business controls
- Knowledge of Project Management
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Knowledge of risk frameworks and compliance standards (Sarbanes Oxley, SOC 1, COSO, NIST, ISO, COBIT).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to exercise sound and balanced judgment
- Ability of proactive identification of risks and ability to propose solutions
- Experience in using data analytic tools (ACL, Tableau)
- Experience in Telecommunications
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint for analytics and presentation
