- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, excellent communication skills, talent acquisition, social recruitment, candidate screening, and attention to detail
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work options
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, approachable, and able to build rapport with candidates
