We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development and Marketing Operations Manager to oversee a dynamic team responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers through cold calling and prospecting efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving sales growth, ensuring lead quality, and fostering strong relationships both within the team and with potential clients. This manager will play a critical role in building a strong pipeline, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring the seamless transition of prospects to Account Executives. Additional duties will include managing additional sales and marketing operations heads as an expansion of our US-based team.


Responsibilities


Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team responsible for cold calling , lead generation, sales operations and marketing, ensuring achievement of daily call volume per team member to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and perform other Marketing functions.


Prospecting & Qualification: Develop and implement strategies for systematically identifying potential customers. Oversee the qualification process, ensuring that prospects' needs align with company solutions, and prioritize high-potential leads.


Lead Generation & Meeting Scheduling: Ensure the team efficiently schedules meaningful meetings for Account Executives by facilitating smooth transitions and ensuring all information is accurately passed along for successful deal closures.


CRM Management & Data Integrity: Oversee the team’s use of CRM systems, ensuring leads are accurately tracked, deals are updated, and data integrity is maintained. Ensure the team adheres to best practices for CRM usage and that all records are up-to-date.


Relationship Building & Client Engagement: Foster a customer-first approach by building long-term relationships with potential clients. Ensure the team focuses on nurturing leads and maintaining strong engagement throughout the sales process.


Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment on targets, improve the quality of leads, optimize sales strategies, and continuously evaluate and enhance prospecting efforts.


Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Set and track team KPIs, monitor individual performance, and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement. Produce reports on key performance metrics and results.


Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members to enhance their cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying skills. Develop strategies to improve efficiency and conversion rates.


Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and prospecting, with a track record of achieving high volumes and lead generation targets.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on motivating and developing a high-performing team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align on goals and optimize sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • A proactive and strategic thinker, able to adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities
