About the role

As the SAP Solutions Delivery Manager at Manila Water Company, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in successfully implementing and optimizing the organization's SAP systems and solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of SAP modules and solutions to support the company's operational and business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, and translate them into effective SAP configurations and customizations
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and quality assurance
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, ensuring high user adoption and satisfaction
• Continuously optimize existing SAP systems and identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and the company's internal policies
• Facilitate scoping and requirements documentation and analysis with internal customers/users Applications Support
• Perform system analysis, conduct research, and recommend relevant solutions (software and systems)
• Present proposed technical solutions to team, stakeholders
• Develop the system/project documentation.
• Deploy the completed system in production per the agreed service level, timelines, and budget

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP solutions delivery, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting SAP module
• Strong understanding of Industry-Specific Utilities or SAP FI-CA (Financial Contract Accounting) + SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)
• Proficient in SAP configuration, customization, and project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into business-friendly terms
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and provide innovative solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• With Project Management background is an advantage
