About the role:

Supports the DPP-TAG Director in overseeing TAG personnel and deliverables, ensuring compliance with firm policies, delivering high-quality and confidential client service, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and performing additional administrative tasks as assigned by the RMP.


Responsibilities:

  • Performs review of financial statements covered by DPP Quality Control Program;
  • Drafts TAG Advisory responses to queries of engagement teams;
  • Provides guidance and assistance to engagement teams on financial reporting and audit including regulation updates;
  • Attends trainings and conferences to acquire and update technical knowledge and skills;
  • Conducts trainings as part of DPP-TAG resource;
  • Drafts TAG Memos, Alerts and Announcements for review by Head of DPP;
  • Uses and applies knowledge of technical concepts, processes, products and services to tasks within own area of responsibility;
  • Independently identifies and resolves basic technical problems or issues in own area of responsibility;
  • Learns about the issues affecting own role and business unit as a result of working within an independent public accounting firm;
  • Researches and applies best practice approaches to technical problems;
  • Identifies and escalates complex technical issues to the Head of DPP; and
  • Performs such other tasks that the Head of DPP or TAG Director may assign.


Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a corporate setting, focusing on accounting and/or audit.
  • Knowledgeable of MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities, unexpected challenges, and evolving industry trends while maintaining professionalism.
