Description
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficiency.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain inventory levels and optimize stock management.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on store performance and budgets.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in retail or store management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, customer management, after-sales management, and teamwork abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and implement marketing strategies.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with possible extended hours during peak seasons.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and strong service orientation.
