Job Description:

The Cash Operations Optimization project aims to provide an enhanced cash management solution by consolidating information from multiple financial systems to manage cash movements and reconciliations. The solution includes an integration framework connecting it to various front-end systems. The project will also review the existing payment systems and will propose improvement to the AS-IS cash transfer processes. The objective is to capture cash data into a central repository to be able to present and distribute this in a visual dashboard. This would allow efficient and timely report generation for business analytics, compliance and decision making.

Scope of Work

Tableau is a visual analytics platform transforming the way we use data to solve problems and make key decisions. It is an application that empowers people and organizations to make the most of the available data for business intelligence, analytics and better decision making. The Tableau Data Analyst/Designer will be responsible for understanding the data requirements of each business unit and translating this to a visual dashboard using the tools and configurations of Tableau. The work will be aligned with the objectives of the Cash Operations Optimization project. This involves extending data visualization capabilities, enhancing data validation analytics, and collaborating with the TD, ORM, ITD and other business units' team to add richer visual dashboards to the web UI.

Detailed Tasks and/or Expected Output

· The Tableau Data Analyst/Designer’s main role will be following:

· Business Liaison

· Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that data requirements align with their business use cases.

· Establish business & technical deliveries/milestones based on stakeholder dialogues:

· Taking each business group through the details and ramifications.

· Anticipate increased change/risk at each milestone.

· Define and confirm the execution of a comprehensive business test plan. Each business milestone demands

· Extensive business acumen, such as understanding the relationships of data across TD and ORM.

Technical Deliveries responsibility:

· Working with ITD, TD and ORM - defining sprints for each data/report/dashboard requirement aligned with project timelines and deliverables.

· Design the interface for each of the data/report/dashboard requirement. Perform quality assurance to maintain high standards of code, ensuring that all deliveries meet or exceed expectations.

· Defining test suite and ensuring test are implemented with high quality standards.

Governance and Quality framework:

· Ensure Tableau has data governance & data quality framework in place - specifying the policies, standards, and metrics for assessing and improving the data quality throughout the data lifecycle.

· Ensure that roles and responsibilities of the data stakeholders, such as owners, creators, publishers and explorers are properly defined and implemented.

· Liaison with ITD

· Working with Architectural Boards to gain agreement.

· Building out suite of system specifications - e.g. Disaster Recovery / Scalability specifications / Fin Ops (cost analysis).

Minimum Qualification Requirements

· Min 10 years of experience of working with banks or Fin-Tech company at a senior level.

· Expert knowledge of Tableau platform and data visualization, reports creation and graphical toolkits for visualization.

· Knowledge of programming knowledge – Web UI, Python & React etc. is an advantage.

· Experience of working in Enterprise environments.

· Experience of managing a Tech group, with experience of the standard testing, signoff and deployment practices.

· Experience of managing a tech group responsible for building / testing and deploying via pipelines.

· Owner of full lifecycle including writing continuous documentation and guidance as well as ensuring controls are well thought through to ensure safe and secure deployments.

· Knowledge of Cloud (Azure) and familiarity of designing and building out a deployment pipeline, e.g. utilizing Azure ADO.
