Description
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Maintain an applicant tracking system.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide market insights and recruitment reports.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, communication, employee relations, payroll, talent management, and written communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Collaborate with hiring managers, conduct interviews, and manage job postings.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for talent development.
