Description
- Diagnose and fix computer issues, perform routine maintenance, and assist users in technical problems.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed.
- Collaborate with team members on project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and technologies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A formal education is not required, but relevant certifications in technical fields are preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in technician roles, preferably in computer maintenance and repair.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with various operating systems.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional on-site repairs and support.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, good communication skills, and ability to work independently.
