Description

Field Services Technician need a solid understanding of IT principles, experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, and a strong foundation in Windows operating systems and related technologie

Responsibilities:

  • The Field Services Technician will focus on the management and proactive maintenance of the IT hardware assets of the enterprise, and will primarily handle incident management, technical support and vendor management.
  • Ticket/Request Management Proactively take tickets and/or assign from the support queue. Provide customers with IT support; meet service level agreement. Continuously update customer on ticket/request status.
  • Provide superior customer service; solicit feedback from customers.
  • Manage end-user ad-hoc requests and ensure tickets are raised for record purposes. Technical Support Provide level 2 & 3 on workstations/printers (troubleshooting, installation/configuration).
  • Provide level 1 support on network issues. Interact with support level 3 to resolve complex issues. Provide network and remote connectivity (hardware/software) support.
  • Establish and maintain user accounts, profiles and access privileges. Research/troubleshoot e-mail problems; provide solutions to employees.
  • Maintain IT Inventory/Asset Management Maintenance of databases / records on the organization’s IT assets.
  • Responsible for the collation, reconciliation and reporting of IT asset records.
  • Develop and update procedures and systems to ensure high quality asset management service delivery to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate IT asset stocks and formulation of related reports.
  • Performs regular asset validation of all IT assets. Manages all IT assets in asset pool. Submits asset lists for PEZA / Insurance requirements.
  • Tracks IT equipment which are scheduled for refresh (replacement) Issues IT equipment to all staff.
  • May be required to perform other administrative functions for the Infrastructure Services Team as needed, such as but not limited to: filing of cash advances, assist with requirements of travelling staff

BGC Taguig | Hybrid set-up - No. of days depending on the business needs / Rotation Schedule: 6AM – 2PM, 2PM-10PM, 10PM – 6AM

contract: 6 months 

Salary Offer: Php 20,000 + 3,000 Non taxable allowance
